Welcome to FileCensus! If you’re just getting started, the first step is installing the software. Here’s a quick guide to walk you through the process:
- Download the FileCensus setup file from the FileCensus website
- Run the setup file and follow the installation wizard
- Select the components you want to install (FileCensus Server, Java Runtime Environment, FileCensus Console)
- Choose your installation directory (default is C:\Program Files\StorageNexus)
- Complete the installation
- Copy your license file to the installation directory
